ESL Jobs in Dalian
We are now holding interviews for English teachers to teach students at our well-established language school in the coastal city of Dalian.
Our teachers teach students aged 3 to 12. Class sizes are kept small, with 12 students per class, allowing teachers to build strong relationships with students and create an interactive, supportive learning environment. Teachers will teach English and reading as second languages using a structured curriculum and ready-made teaching resources.
The school has a large and established international teaching team, with around 40 foreign teachers currently working across its centres. Many teachers choose to stay long-term, with some international teachers remaining at the school for 4-15 years. This creates a friendly, social and supportive working environment where new teachers can quickly settle in, receive support from experienced colleagues and build a strong network of friends both inside and outside of work.
All new teachers will receive training and support on arrival and will be introduced to the school, curriculum, teaching methods and classroom expectations. Teachers will work as part of a supportive team and participate in school training, meetings, workshops, extracurricular activities and promotional events when required.
This is a great opportunity for teachers looking for a stable, well-established school, a large international teacher community and long-term career development opportunities in China.
