Kindergarten Teaching Jobs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other cities in China
We are looking for passionate kindergarten homeroom teachers to join our kindergartens and teach students from 2 to 6 years old in the vibrant city of Shenzhen, as well as some positions in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. If you are an energetic and patience teacher, have an interest in an international kindergarten setting and can deliver learner centered, engaging lessons then we are interested in speaking with you. We are looking for teachers who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
At our kindergartens, we recognise that every child is an individual with their own strengths, interests and potential. We aim to build a warm, supportive atmosphere where children feel safe, confident, and eager to explore. Our mission is to nurture their social, emotional, and intellectual growth while laying the groundwork for strong academic habits and essential life skills. Above all, we encourage curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong enthusiasm for learning.
We are committed to delivering exceptional early-years education. Our classrooms are designed to inspire active participation, teamwork, and discovery in a caring
environment. Class sizes range from 10 to 28 children and you will use a rich mix of teaching tools and activities—such as group projects, music, hands-on tasks, performances and art—to bring lessons to life. Maintaining regular communication with parents and offering thoughtful feedback will also be an important part of your role.
We honour the natural pace of each child’s development and believe strongly in their innate abilities. Through learning with us, students gain a wide range of skills and values, including independence, problem-solving, creative thinking, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.

Shenzhen is considered as one of the richest cities in the country which offers foreigners a great insight into contemporary China. From a small fishing village 30 years ago, Shenzhen has turned into a city filled with dynamic energy and on its way to becoming a world-class metropolis. Shenzhen is also known for its famous architecture, bars, restaurants, art scenes and shopping areas.
Testimonials
“The school life is also very rewarding. The location is good and very convenient for traveling between the many different locations available for relaxation and entertainment. There are multiple opportunities available to interact with other foreign teachers while simultaneously better understanding the local culture. Overall, I would recommend this experience as it is not very stressful in terms of you don’t have to handle anything alone, and the company is helpful in making any necessary accommodations”
Marc
“When I first decided to come to China to start my teaching career, I felt both excited and overwhelmed. Moving to a new country is never easy, and the idea of navigating visas, job placements, documents and cultural differences made the whole process feel intimidating. But from the very beginning, they proved to be the kind of agency that not only guides you, but genuinely cares about your success and well-being. Looking back now, I realise that my journey would have been twice as difficult without them, and I am truly grateful for the support they gave me from day one.”
