Kindergarten in Beijing
We are currently recruiting new kindergarten teachers to join our teaching team who can deliver exciting, meaningful English lessons to our kindergarten students. We are looking for teachers with a genuine desire to work with young children and instill in them a passion for the English language and learning.
Our Kindergarten has decades of experience, founded in 1955 in the Changping district of Beijing, the capital of China. We have over 700 students aged from 3 to 6 years old and over 70 teachers. We work hard to ensure we provide a caring and support learning environment for our students and are proud recipients of numerous awards over the years, including the “Beijing model kindergarten award for child health and care”.
Teachers make use of our extensive resources to deliver active, varied English language classes, designed to encourage communication and the natural use of English. We make use of games, songs, drawing, arts& crafts, drama and role plays as well as outdoor playground activities to provide effective and engaging classes. Teachers are encouraged to use the creativity and personality to bring the lessons to life. Local teachers assistants accompany teachers in each class to assist with translation and classroom management where needed.

Beijing continues to be an exciting place for all things music, fashion and art with plenty of events and shows to attend. There is a thriving expat community in Beijing, with the Sanlitun area being a popular destination for both expats and trendy locals to mix and mingle over drinks.
-20 hours per week are spent teaching
-Using program materials to teach English efficiently
-Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance
-Providing feedback on lessons and materials used
-Great salary: 10,000 RMB per month (negotiable for experienced teachers)
-Housing provided: furnished and secure
-Flight allowance: 8,000 RMB (paid on successful completion of 12 month contract)
-Annual leave: total 32 days: 11 national holidays + 2 weeks in the summer + 1 week in the winter
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
-Teaching experience with young learners preferred
