The High School English Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering learner-centered, engaging English lessons that cater to a diverse classroom of students. Each lesson will last between 40-45 minutes, with a maximum of 20 teaching hours per week, ensuring quality over quantity in lesson delivery. Additionally, maintaining discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere is essential for promoting an effective learning environment.

In addition to teaching duties, the teacher will be expected to complete all administrative tasks related to their classes, including grading, preparing reports, and managing student records in a timely and organized manner. Professional growth is highly encouraged, and the teacher will actively participate in professional development workshops and school-sponsored training sessions. This involvement not only enhances teaching skills but also keeps the educator updated on the latest educational trends and techniques.

The successful applicant will also play an active role in the broader school community by attending and participating in school activities, parties, and other events. These activities are an integral part of the school’s culture, promoting a sense of community and collaboration among staff and students alike.
