We are always on the lookout for dedicated teachers who would be a good match for one of our positions to teach English in China. Our Teacher Referral Program allows you to boost your monthly income while at the same time helping someone you know to land a great new teaching job. If you know a good teacher currently looking for a teaching job in China, pass our details on to them and we will pay a referral fee for each one to be successfully hired by one of our schools.
We have set up a simple process which allows you to easily refer teachers to us for a job. The process works as follows:
- Pass our website www.GoldStarTeachers.com to the teachers you want to refer
- Ask them to quote reference number “RFGS your name” (for example “RFGS Bob Fisher”) and your email address when they contact us
- Once the teacher arrives at the school and completes the first 60 days of teaching, we send you the referral payment
Referral payment structure
- 1st to 3rd teacher : 80 US dollars per teacher (roughly 500 RMB)
- 4th to 10th teacher : 100 US dollars per teacher (roughly 630 RMB)
- 11th to 25th teacher : 130 US dollars per teacher (roughly 820 RMB)
- 25th + teacher : 160 US dollars per teacher (roughly 1,000 RMB)
