It was good catching up with my old friend Jeremy Arden last night on Skype. We worked together in Wenzhou, China back in 2008 and had a whole lot of fun there. He’s now teaching for Disney English in Hangzhou, one of the most beautiful cities in China. Last time I was there was with him and Dan for the annual West Lake marathon. They were running, I was sitting in a coffee shop on the lake. It’s a great event with people from all over the world. The course goes round and through the middle of the lake and there are options for half marathon and a kids on too. I kind of regret not taking part now, but did the Taipei 101 run up, 91 floors in 21 minutes, which made up for that!
